Precision Fence NJ prices most projects by linear footage, which allows us to offer fair, consistent, and transparent pricing. All estimates provided are subject to confirmation based on actual project requirements, terrain conditions, and site access. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before work begins. Payment terms will be outlined in individual project contracts.

4. Project Agreements

All fence projects require a signed contract or agreement outlining scope of work, timeline, payment terms, and other project-specific details. Verbal agreements are not binding.

5. Warranties

Precision Fence NJ provides comprehensive warranties on all labor and installation. Material warranties vary by product and manufacturer. Warranty coverage, duration, and exclusions will be detailed in your project agreement.

6. Liability Limitations

Precision Fence NJ maintains appropriate insurance coverage for our work. However, our liability is limited to the terms specified in your project contract. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, delays beyond our control, or damage caused by third parties.
