Is the warranty transferable?
Yes, our workmanship warranty transfers to new property owners if you sell your home within the warranty period. Simply notify us of the transfer.
What about natural wood weathering?
Natural weathering of wood fences (graying, slight warping) is normal and not covered under warranty. However, significant structural issues from improper installation are covered.
What if an issue occurs after the warranty expires?
We value long-term relationships. Contact us and we'll work with you on a fair resolution, even after the warranty period. Your satisfaction matters.
